 We offer affordable in-house dental plans designed to provide comprehensive care for individuals and families who do not have dental insurance. Each plan starts on the date of purchase and is effective for one year, with the option to renew annually for continued coverage.

• Individual Plan (Ages 18+): $349 annually per member
• Periodontal Maintenance Plan: $699 annually
• Children’s Plan (Under 18): $199 annually

Each plan year, members receive the following benefits:

• 2 Dental Exams
• 2 Dental Cleanings (4 Periodontal Maintenance Cleanings for Periodontal Plan)
• 1 Set of 4 Bitewing X-Rays
• 1 Panoramic X-Ray (covered every 3 years)
• 20% Off All Dental Services
• Fluoride Treatment (covered for children up to 18 years of age)
